Is presented to an immigrant or refugee under 30 years of age who has had remarkable success and made significant impact in their chosen career path in a relatively short period of time.
Sports, Arts and Culture Award
Is presented to an immigrant or refugee who has achieved success in an artistic endeavour within sports, visual, media, music, fashion or performing arts.
Community Service Award
Is presented to an immigrant or refugee who has provided outstanding community service to South Africa or immigrant communities in a volunteer capacity.
Entrepreneurship & Business Award
Is presented to an immigrant or refugee who has achieved success in the creation or operation of a business or entrepreneurial endeavour.
Leadership Award
Is presented, in partnership with a foundation, to an immigrant or refugee who has demonstrated remarkable leadership in the community.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Is presented to an immigrant or refugee who has achieved outstanding success in their chosen profession, and made significant contributions to South Africa in their community with philanthropic endeavours.
Ubuntu Award
Is presented, in partnership with a foundation, to a South African who has shown brotherhood to the immigrant community.
Education & STEM Award
Is presented to an immigrant or refugee who has made significant impact in the field of education, either through teaching, lecturing, facilitation, research or academia.
South Africa Flag carrier Award
Is presented to an immigrant or refugee who has made significant impact and contribution by upholding the South African flag with pride in their field of endeavour.
Organizational Diversity Award
Is presented, in partnership with a foundation, to an organization (business, government body, non-profit organization, or media outlet) that is a leader in embracing and promoting an inclusive, welcoming, and diverse workplace. *Please note that immigrant and refugee serving organizations will not be considered for this award category.
Inspirational Woman Award
Celebrates the outstanding contributions and achievements of immigrant women who have overcome challenges and excelled in various fields. It recognizes their resilience, leadership, and positive impact on society, inspiring others to embrace diversity and pursue their aspirations.
